By engaging My Internet for our services, you agree to these terms of service. These terms apply to all clients and projects.
2. Services
My Internet provides software development, networking, CCTV setup, WhatsApp API integration, SEO, e-commerce, 360 photography, and network management services. Specific terms for each project will be outlined in individual proposals.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal. Generally, a 50% advance is required before project commencement, and the balance upon completion. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables created specifically for them. We retain rights to generic components, frameworks, and tools used in development.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials required for project completion. Delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline.
6. Limitation of Liability
My Internet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the amount paid for the specific service.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Chhattisgarh. Any disputes will be resolved in courts of jurisdiction in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
